We are looking to win you over for the long haul! We are so convinced that you are going to love our cigars once you try them, that we are offering a full refund on your cigars should you be the least bit unsatisfied. Simply send us back the cigars (shipment must be received within 14 days of your order) and contact us at: customercoalition@tranquilocigars.com or by phone at (321) 724-1222 to let us know about your return.

We offer a flat $7.95 shipping charge for all orders, any size inside the continental US. Hawaii and Alaska will be determined after the order is placed. All other countries, please contact us first to get rates.
